Hayes Symphony Orchestra Summer Concert

On June 21, the Hayes Symphony Orchestra will be performing their summer concert in West Wickham. 

The group will be showcasing music from the likes of Mozart, Dvorak and Brunch, conducted by Dan James.

West Wickham Library Celebration

The re-opening of the West Wickham Library will be celebrated by author Peter Bentley will be holding a children’s session, along with craft activities and art workshops.

Adults and parents of children will be able to enjoy the brand new, state-of-the-art facilities, such as the modern café and business lounge. 

Councillor Yvonne Bear said: “I encourage residents to soon explore the impressive new facilities first hand.

“We use libraries throughout our lives and not just for books, which is why the council have long supported the borough’s beloved library network.

“Recent improvements across our libraries continue to drive their popularity, while ensuring they have the resources needed to support residents long into the future.”

Residents are invited to join in the day of activities on June 27, from 11:30am to 5pm, shortly after the Mayor’s official opening.

Langley Park School for Boys Concert

Brighten your summer with an evening of live music in support of a great cause. 

On July 1, the talented music tutors from Langley Park School for Boys will perform a broad selection of classical and contemporary pieces to raise money for Bromley Y, a local charity supporting young people’s mental health.

Held at the school’s Performance Hall in Beckenham, tickets are just £10 via TicketSource.

Barrel & Horn Open Mic Night

Every Thursday night this Summer, Bromley’s finest talents gather round to Barrel & Horn for a display of fun and music. 

Even if you don’t feel like getting on stage, it’s great entertainment – and you might find your new favourite artist!

Visit the First Ever Bromley Motor Show   

Don’t miss the debut of the Bromley Motor Show on Sunday July 6, when Bromley High Street will be taken over by classic, vintage and collectible cars.

This free, family-friendly event will be running from 10am to 3pm as the town centre will be buzzing with live music and festival energy.
